This was flawless execution of "after sales service" and just want to let you know my new "attachment" goes everywhere and gets used frequently.

From Simon who helped me set up the iPad, to Dawie who got the 3G working with no hassle at all, it was a real pleasure. The next day I had to go back and have my “locked SIM” sorted out. Again your service were of the highest quality.
I will (and have already) recommend you to all my friends and students to buy from you direct as the service in Cape Town is simply appalling. I wanted the iPad2 but buying an iPad from the Apple iStore in Canal Walk was just impossible! They just almly told me I am #213 on the waiting list!!! Needless to say they will never see me again and they are right next to our offices...
We may have the mountain and sea in Cape Town, but the service here is pathetic.
